Capwill Indicted for Fraud, Tax Evasion

Summary: James A. Capwill, 37, of Aurora, Ohio, was indicted by a federal grand jury October 29, 2001 in Ohio on 20 counts of fraud and two counts of tax evasion. His Cleveland attorney claims that Capwill "steadfastly maintains his innocence."
