Sales Agents Busted by the SEC

The Securities Exchange Commission filed suit against the following in the Southern District of Texas, alleging that they sold more than $13.5 million in promissory notes to approximately 140 elderly investors. We are aware that at least two of these licensed insurance agents also sold viatical investment contracts to seniors, and these were fraudulently acquired policies.
