Alpha Capital Group Investor sues for $14.25 Million

Summary: An investor whose funds were placed in viatical contracts offered by Alpha Capital Group (sold to him by Ohio-based marketing company, Heritage Financial Network Inc.) filed suit August, 2000 against Heritage and its principal, Dale L.
