SEC sues Brandau, Levy, Paine

Summary: The SEC filed a civil injunction against the principals of now-defunct  American Benefits Services and their escrow agent, West Palm Beach attorney Jeffrey Paine. Among the charges: violations of the Securities Acts of 1933 and 1934, and of Section 15(a) of the Exchange Act.
