ABS ordered to Stop Selling

Summary: August 17, 1999. Following an administrative complaint filed on June 29, 1999 against American Benefits Services, Inc. (ABS), and its President, Raphael Ray Levy, the Florida Comptroller's Office announced that it entered a settlement agreement with  in which ABS and Levy agreed to stop selling viatical investments which are considered to be an unregistered security.
