Page Settles with Florida Department of Insurance

Summary: In 2003 Page & Associates (dba The Lifeline Program) was charged with fraud by the Florida department of insurance. The company settled with Florida and continued in business--without the public being informed about the terms of the settlement. Then, in August 2005, Florida regulators announced that Page had agreed to surrender their viatical license and leave the state. No other information was released. This Special Report includes actual documents, as well as known and implied information about a connection with Mutual Benefits Corporation.
