Arizona nabs Viaticum, Charges Civil Racketeering

Summary: Arizona Corporation Commission charged Federal Funding Foundation Corp. (FFFC) and Viaticum, LLC with civil racketeering, fraud and theft. For not properly supervising its agents, Georgia-based WMA Securities (WMAS) was ordered to pay nearly $2 million plus interest to investors.
