VESPERS Ordered Out of Florida

Washington D.C.-based VESPERS was ordered out of Florida. The company applied for a viatical license several years ago but it was not granted the license. Florida officials, alleging that VESPERS conducted viatical transactions in the state without a license, issued cease and desist orders to VESPERS and its managing member, Ronald Chancellor.
