Summary:  July 22, 1999 Investigators from the state Department of Insurance seized files from the offices of Future First Financial Group, a Ponte Vedra Beach-based viatical settlement company that buys insurance policies from terminally ill people and resells these policies to investors. Clean-sheeting appeared to be the focus of the investigation.
