Summary: Craig L. Silverman, president of Findco, a Miami viatical settlement
company, was arrested on fraud charges September 7, 2001. The trial date for
State of Florida v. Silverman has been rescheduled for 8/19/02. Silverman also
is charged with frauds and swindles in USA v. Silverman, filed in federal court
