<>Summary: Michael Davis (a/k/a Walter Waldhauser) went on trial Monday, April 10, 2000, and  immediately waived his right to a jury trial. He didn't want a jury to hear about the 3 murders committed 10 years ago -- a young couple and their 14 month old baby. The prosecutor was determined to present these murders to a jury. Sentenced 6/10/00.
