Virginia goes after Accelerated Benefits Corp.

A hearing will be held on December 11, 2001 to assess charges that ABC and related individuals violated Virginia Securities Law. The following were named in the Order to Show Cause dated July 31, 2001:

In addition to selling unregistered securities, Virginia officials charged ABC and American Title Co. with violating the terms of investment contracts, in particular the demands that investors pay premiums.
