Keith LaMonda

In 1997 the SEC charged Keith LaMonda with fraud for his role in CD Alternatives and CD Exchange. That $4 million venture that went sour for investors, but LaMonda and his associates pocketed $89,000 commissions. The SEC charged LaMonda with fraud, but dropped the fraud charge when LaMonda agreed to a fine of $50,000.
