Note: These lists include ONLY those companies or individuals who were indicted and/or convicted on charges of fraud or are defunct due to bankruptcy. Since government agencies do not notify us when enforcement orders are rescinded or charges settled, and since we do not have time nor personnel to find out when this occurs, we no longer will include companies who may have taken action to clear their names or correct a situation.
