Accelerated Benefits Corp. loses Lawyers

Not the best time for ABC to lose their lawyers -- they have a scheduled hearing (after 2 postponements) to dismiss their lawsuit against Gloria Wolk and Bialkin Books, and they are faced with an intense investigation by Florida regulators.

Despite this, they are losing their legal team. Their lawyers filed to withdraw from the case.

It gets "curiouser and curiouser."

The lawsuits by the LaMonda brothers and their company finally were completely dismissed and the Broward County judge ordered ABC to pay Wolk's attorney $34,000 for legal expenses.
