Instructions for Preparing for Consultation
For those who are considering a new
investment or suspect they are victims of fraud: Send copies of all documents including
marketing brochures or pamphlets, contracts, etc. Then follow the directions below.
Please organize in the following
manner. This will make the time spent more efficient and more productive for both of
us:
1. List all your
questions.
2. Prioritize
them: Place most important questions first. This will provide a framework but it is not
rigid. In the course of our conversation, if other questions pop up, we will address them.
With the exception of questions we will not answer, you are the boss.
3. Send the list
in advance of our consultation, either by
email or
snail mail. Also send any documents
related to the questions.
You will be informed in advance if
any questions cannot be answered, either due to lack of information or lack of expertise
about that issue.
We will use your list to search our
files or do other research in preparation for the consultation, thereby having everything
needed at hand.
4. We no longer provide
consultation without a pre-paid retainer. Business or personal checks are
accepted, as well as MasterCard or Visa.
What We Do Not Do:
